eDocs
Our eDocs system is an on-line document and data management system. The eDocs system enables users to easily access current as well as historical reports and data files. The only requirement is to have an account established with us and have internet access.
Once logged into eDocs, users can query out data by date/year, grower, farm, field, sample type and report type. Analytical reports and data can be viewed, printed or downloaded/saved from the site.
Customers can also set up eDocs sub-accounts to grant access to their data (perhaps on a temporary basis) to whomever they determine. They also have the ability to directly e-mail reports or data to a 3rd party from eDocs.
Users can opt to be notified when new documents are uploaded to eDocs via e-mail, an RSS (Really Simply Syndication) feed, or even a text message to a cell phone.
Customers appreciate the fact that their data is always accessible and that A&L has created a historical repository for all their data.
