The workshops cover a wide range of topics that help reinforce basic concepts in soil fertility, soil chemistry, and the complex interactions in crop nutrition and production. Current news and research is also introduced as a means of stimulating active participation by those attending.
The relaxed format of the workshop allows us to interact closely with those attending. Informative group discussions create a challenging atmosphere for the entire workshop audience. Throughout the day, real-life agronomic problems are posed to the group and suggested solutions are discussed.
CCA continuing education units are available in the following areas: Nutrient Management (3.5), Crop Management (0.5), and Soil and Water Management (2.5).
